You can book via the online form on our website, by email or by phone. After the initial booking you have 10 days to pay a deposit which secures your place.
How much is the deposit and when is it returned?
The deposit is equivalent to 2 months’ rent. It is returned within 10 days of the end of the lease, provided there is no damage and all payments have been made.
What is included in the monthly rent?
The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), fiber-optic internet, change of bed linen every two weeks, cleaning of common areas and access to all dormitory amenities.
Can I live with a friend?
Yes, we offer rooms for couples and double rooms. When booking, you can indicate your preferred roommate. If no indication is given, we will match the roommate based on gender and age.
How does the dorm security system work?
The facility is secured 24 hours a day, equipped with monitoring and access control system. Reception is open 24/7, providing assistance and support at any time.
